sir plz help me with this query ..
sir when I started my articleship then in form 103 I have given my principal address so all my documents and letters were coming in that address..
Now my articleship will be completed within 2 days so when I will fill my 108 form in that can I fill my permanent address where I stay... plz help..

you can mention the current address which can be different from address provided in Form 103.

yes you can file the diff address, it is better to attaché a address change request letter with form 108.
