Dear expert I cleared my CA in November 2013 and apply for membership as on 10.07.2014 in form no 2. I want also COP in proprietary firm so as per my knowledge also submit form no 117 but icai branch authorise person reply me that u only submit form 2 and y r proprietor firm name seany 4 selected name u can mention in form no 2 only so finally I get my membership no as on 07.08.14 then I search on icai site in which mentioned holding full time cop so sir my question is that I want now submit form no 117 or not.pls its urgent so reply me as soon as possible. HelloSir, i have 10 months of articles experience. I registered articles with degree. I had well experience in income tax returns filing, tax audits and a club internal audit, co-operative society statutory audit. Now my question is i want to take for rest of period dummy for preparation and coaching of both ipcc and final exams. Kindly suggest me whether to take dummy or continue in articles. As i am feeling much stress for managing both studies and work. kindly suggest me something? I am really confused.

We are an NGO working with a corporate undertaking their CSR programmes.They informed us that the donations which they sent to the NGO is foreign because the major shareholders are foreign.The local bank is objecting to deposit the grant in our foreign contribution account as there is no sufficient proof for the source. Kindly help; us to show a solution top our problem.

Dear all, My friend is a salaried person. He needs to buy a car out of his savings. The total cost is Rs. 500000 (approx) he has Rs. 250000 as savings and the balance his brother would share. His brother is also a salaried employee and A NRI for this particular FY. CAn anyone please help me with any tax implication, if any. Like would it be like coming into IT's knowledge,etc. or he can use his savings the way one want. ?
