hi i applied for ipcc direct entry scheme on june.but still i did not get any authorisation.can i join in the firm or i have wait for that?please help me.

We are an NGO working with a corporate undertaking their CSR programmes.They informed us that the donations which they sent to the NGO is foreign because the major shareholders are foreign.The local bank is objecting to deposit the grant in our foreign contribution account as there is no sufficient proof for the source. Kindly help; us to show a solution top our problem.

Dear all, My friend is a salaried person. He needs to buy a car out of his savings. The total cost is Rs. 500000 (approx) he has Rs. 250000 as savings and the balance his brother would share. His brother is also a salaried employee and A NRI for this particular FY. CAn anyone please help me with any tax implication, if any. Like would it be like coming into IT's knowledge,etc. or he can use his savings the way one want. ?

Please advise me regarding the treatment n implication in the below case If I m an NGO collecting donation frm the school which the school collect frm its students for participating in a noble cause n the NGO purchase some particular product in bulk frm the company n give as a gift to the respective student for the participation in the cause. Then is this will be treated as a purchase for the NGO or as it's expenses?? N also is the company (from which the NGO is purchasing the product) liable to pay any Vat applicable to the product??? Please advise me about various implications. .
