14 August 2014 I have applied a DIN for my client for incorporate an OPC, but now my client wants to register his business in LLP. can I use that DIN for LLP or I would have to apply a new DIN. Please suggest me...

14 August 2014 the DIN issued is common to companies act and LLP act requirement. So there is no need to apply for another DIN.

14 August 2014 A single number can be used for the purpose of both kinds of organisations viz., Limited company and LLP.
