I have applied a DIN for my client for incorporate an OPC, but now my client wants to register his business in LLP. can I use that DIN for LLP or I would have to apply a new DIN. Please suggest me...

the DIN issued is common to companies act and LLP act requirement. So there is no need to apply for another DIN.

A single number can be used for the purpose of both kinds of organisations viz., Limited company and LLP.
