caclub india has more than 13 lac member.....with many expert..but it seems that no one has courage to speak against ICAI.. i asked that if we did wrong then we are punished for 6 month..i want to know that if ICAI does wrong then can i take any legal action against ICAI if my marks is revised....because there is a long process of valuation then how they can mistake in toalling.... i want to take legal action for my stress my time loss my money..because i have firm believe that my mark will be revised..(plz for reply ,assume that my mark is already revised)

leave Taken 75 Days

Balance period with second principal

Total 909 Days
Leave taken 140 Days
Less (60)Days Overtime work
Net leave 80 Days

Now I want to know that can I claim 60 Days set off Against 140 Days leave ??
And in form no 108 can i show 80 Days leaves i.e out of 909 days

hello sir, i want to know the procedure of termination of article under medicle ground. what or which particular deases i have to write that institute allow & give me permission fully to take leave for 3 months minimum.?is they ask for maximum period? after 3 months i have to reg. arti'ship under same ca compulsory?
