I have joined my articleship on 25th april 2013 and i have my ca final attempt on nov 2015. I am willing to do industrial training. can i do as after joining IT i will have to take a study leave from July-15. so does any company offer IT training in which after 2 months of joining, they allow study leave.

Sir I have wasted my time in worry so much that I am left with two months and done with only two subjects, I thought of appearing for both groups in November 14
Now should I go for only one group or two? Please guide. IPC.

In a proprietorship firm get a IT refund Cheque in his Current A/c No. But the name of Payee is the Proprietor of the firm. So tell me how can i solve this problem and how i will get the refund money

My Aunt(Senior Citizen) wants to gift her property to my mother (Senior Citizen) (Sister to Sister ).
1) What will be the tax implication to both the donor and donee.If applicable what percentage?
2) The property is in Gujarat. What will be the stamp duty and registration charges to be paid?
3)What are the documents required for donor and donee for executing the gift deed?

I've applied for membership on May 13th,2014.Still I've not recieved any number mentioned card.I've got an invitation through mail for convocation for certificate of membership.I thought after completion of that schedule it will be sent to me.Is it right?

I have taken holidays for only 142 days & I have entered in working weeks following figures as per my office working & holidays for my exam

Is there any problem of extention of my articleship period ?

I GOT exact 60 marks in Tax paper in ICWAI 2012 syllabus GROUP-III.

Am i eligible for tax paper exemption for dec-2014 attempt.

Dear Experts,

TDS u/s 194A Rs.66008 for f.y 2013-14, books entry dt.31.03.2014 deposited on 02.08.2014 along with interest on TDS for 5 month (April 2014 to August 2014) @ 1.5% interest monthly. Total deposit made Rs.70959.

Amount of interest=66008*1.5/100*5
=4951

Revise return also made for Qtr-4 f.y 2013-14, TDS-CPC has given a demand notice u/s 154 to deposit additionl amount of Rs.989 to be deposit, which understood they demand for another 1 month interest.

Kindly clarify how the amount payable by us.
