AS per New guideline the PF limit has been increased from 6500/- to 15000/- is to increase the number of employees covered under PF or to increase the share of pf from 12% of 6500/- to 12% of 15000/-

And if an employee is getting a basic of Rs 15000/-, then what will be the compulsory pf deduction.

1. 12% of 6500/- which becomes 780/-pm

or

2. 12% of 15000/- Which becomes 1800/-pm
