Dear Sir/Madam,

I have received a letter from ICAI specifying that Articleship registration has been cancelled due to ineligibility of CA as he can't train more than 3 person. I was the 4th person to register. But after receipt of my letter, My CA received FCA certificate from Delhi. He sent a letter to ICAI regarding re-registration. My query is Whether they will register me for this letter or I have to follow any other procedures regarding this?? Please help me. I am worried.

I am in 2nd year of articleship and i have an emergency, but my principle not allowing to go on leave and he is saying if u will go on leave than i will write a letter to ICAI including some wrongful subject, which may impact my career. Please advice whether i have any remedies or what can i do, if my principle do such thing.

For the quater 1 of P.Y. 13-14, one of our clients has omitted to deduct TDS on contractor, so what would be the consequences if he pays the same now??
Adding Challan to the returned already filled will attract any penalty or late fees???

Hi,

I am a government employee. Actually my PAN number with the employer is wrong. They were deducting the tax (TDS) from my salary. But as the PAN no. with them was wrong the TDS was being deposited to wrong PAN Number.
But when i filled my income tax return online i was unabled the see the TDS deduction in form 26AS. Now I got letter from income tax department that my tax has not been received and they are demanding the tax along with the interest penalty.
please guide me for this what should be done?
