hello sir,
let me knw,is there any possibility that my marks would get increase by applying revaluation..
And if yes
what r the procedure & last date for it.

Let me tell you that ICAI appoints very expert examiner and at the same time ICAI also appoint valuer whose job is just to check the marks awarded by the examiner, any totaling mistake, marks not awarded ina ny question or portion of the question and due care is taken by the examiner as well as valuer. So there is no possibility of any mistake.
Anyhow, if you are confident that you have been awarded less mark then you can send for re-checking as there is no possibility of re-examination. If you are lucky then yes it is possible that in place of 41 while putting the figure in mark sheet it was 14 and so on.
