ESIC is applicable w.e.f. 01-09-2014 that means will be applicable from the salary due Aug 14 payable in sep or due in Sep payable in oct ?

03 September 2014 Pls note only revise EPF is applicable from 1/Sep/2014.

For Aug Salary, old rules will apply. For Salary payable for period Novemeber new rules will apply.
