Articleship transfer after 1 year

actually, I'm doing my articleship since last 1 year and 3 months and now i wanted to take transfer to another CA, because of some personal problems.
But my question is " can i take transfer in the same city? and If i will take what will happen with my past articleship and it would take any effect on my next articleship?

If it satisfies with the reason of ur transfer then it may give permission.

our senior didn't give me any accounting or any other work except auditing since last 1 and half year... and also playing politics with casteism.
i don't want to tell this reason to anyone and want to take transfer.. coz, i wanted to learn different things but dont get any chance...
