I AM PURSUING LAST YEAR OF ARTICLESHIP AND HAVE CLEARED BOTH GROUPS OF IPCC I HAVE GIVEN NOV2014 ATTEMPT OF FINAL AS WELL.I WAS REGISTERED FOR ALL LEVELS IN IPCC I.E ALSO FOR ATC.BUT WHEN I WAS FILLING EXAM FORM FOR IPCC GROUP 1 I FORGOT TO MARK GRP 1 AND ATC OPTION IN EXAM FORM .SO MY QUESTION IS CAN I STILL APPLY FOR ATC CERTIFICATE OR THERE IS SUM OTHER PROCESS.

We are a manufacturing company and would like to know the following

1. If we have received an order from a MNC ( who have received an order from any PSU in India ), are we obliged to provide counter PBG to MNC that matches all terms as they have guaranteed to PSU - Note that they have to supply, install and maintain while we have to supply only a part of the product and that to containing RM ( for us ) only 20 % while balance is Free Issued
2. If yes, should the value include or exclude taxes ( should it be a % of basic order value ? )
3. Are there any documents to substantiate
4. Are there any remedies for MSME's

sir, i completed my ipcc both groups at a time in may attempt 2014. and i joined for article ship in September and i sent my articles registration forms in October. i didn't registered for ca final, if i register for ca final on 18/11/2014, when is my ca final attempt(whether may2017 or nov2017).please clarify it. the time of 2.5years is calculated whether from the date of joining of article ship or ca registration date? please clarify my all doubts with detailed explanation sir.

i Registered my articleship on 09/01/2014 ,i got articleship conformation letter to office but i didnt get student copy and attested id card niw i want to join for gmcs they are asking id card can u help me and my friends told dt with in the period of one year of articleship along with dt completion of first year gmcs class suppose i joined for gmcs class after one complition of articleship is it discontinue of articleship

I am preparing Financial projections for one of our client which is proposing manufacturing of "X" Product.
1. I have query that while compiling Financial Projections, can we show the negative profitability in first 3 years,but Cash Profit (PAT + Depreciation) is positive.
2. Can We show negative working Capital?

The online websites want a company name and CST/VAT/TIN registration to register me as a seller.
