Hello... I hv a doubt i.e. I m taking transfer from my prev. firm ( in Ahmedabad)... and getting re-register in a firm in Rajasthan. What about 112. Do i need to fill it again... as such my college is in Ahmedabad.... and my new firm is in Raj.???

our client from out of india has paid us consultancy fees in USD & We have already obtained FIRC (Foreign Inward Remittance Certificate) for the same.Due to some reason they want funds to be returned.
Kindly advice us Whether we can return the fees amount back & Whether there will be any issue related to RBI Guidelines related to Money-Laundering etc.? and also guide us for Documentation involved for returning Foreign Inward Remittance & its procedure & What will be Income Tax & Service Tax implication in the same transaction

I have registered for IPCC WITHOUT ATC.
I have cleared my IPCC G-I in Nov 2011 & Registered for 3 Years Articles in Feb 2012 & Cleared my IPCC G-II in May 2012.
I have registrered for Final in Sep 2012.
Still there are 3 more months to complete my articles.

If I Wish to get ATC Certificate after completing my 3 yr articleship, whether i have to undergo additional 1yr training or i can simply register & apply to get ATC Certificate.

If any persons got ATC Certficate similiar to my situations please guide me.

If we have received an order from a MNC ( who have received an order from any PSU in India ), are we obliged to provide counter PBG to MNC that matches all terms as they have guaranteed to PSU - Note that they have to supply, install and maintain while we have to supply only a part of the product and that to containing RM ( for us ) only 20 % while balance is Free Issued
2. If yes, should the value include or exclude taxes ( should it be a % of basic order value ? )
