sir in case of my extention part of articalship sarv undar new principal it like a tranfar so coplised transfar rule of icai like 1year on retrication and 2 & 3 year ground transfar
2) if no from 108 given by pricipal with extensarion what should i do my artical ship is complited 30-09-2014

kya mai yadi apni supplementr artical ship new ca ke under karta hu to kya mujhe is basise par registaration milega ki 2 & 3 year me jo
medical gruond
merrig ground
ect. ke adhar par transfar milta hai to kya wahi ho.kyuki yah meri 3 sal ke baad ki artical ship hai
mera 2 quastion yaha tha ki yadi pricipal yadi from 108 sing nahi kar raha hai to with extensation bhi to mai phir kya kar sakta hu
plz sir give me reply

in any case 108 has to be signed by ur current ca and u need to fill up form 102 n 103

If your Principal is NOT giving 108 shall be looked upon as YOU HAVE NOT COMPLIED WITH THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLESHIP. Please try to understand that.
