Kindly resolve below query:

one employee joined in company in the FY 2008-09 and got PF number 13 then she left. then she re-joined in the FY 2012-13 and aloted pf number by mistake 23 instead of 13 now also she left.

when she claimed 2 accounts both are rejecting, kindly advice how to resolve her problem.

FYI- in the year 12-13 she don't have sur name in the FY 12-13 she updated her sur name in pf accounts.

My question is if goods return in 6 month so date consider do or month suppose,15-5-2013 goods sent and return 18-10-2013,so in this case good deducted or not,this good not rejected goods,but normal goods,so kindly reply

As a newly ITP, I come across the following questions with the facts. 1. In a HUF, the karta holds nearly 200 grams of gold and a house as his assets besides his business assets. 2. In the HUF, 5 adults with 4 minors including karta. 3. The karta wants to protect his assets for his life security being the aged one. 4. Question is protect the gold from the member up to his life and a dedicated plan to divided the gold among member. up on this any investment plan to invests the gold money with out loosing the title on gold? 5. My suggestion up on the home is to reverse mortgage to earn on the value of home, and after the period the members will divided the residual value on sale! 6. I want to know that is it necessary to maintain Capital a/c in Tally Software for a non profit organisation or not.
Actually organination receives fund and I put this entry in tally:

Bank a/c Dr.
(under bank accounts)
Head office Cr.
(under direct incomes)

I am not maintaining capital a/c.

Can anyone tell me that a direct entry student have to do 9 months of articleship before writing exam so is it before a student fills his exam form OR Before he writes the exam that is on exam date??

& in the form of articleship the date of commencement of articleship : how many days back can be the date??

In 2012 we filed a FTE form for striking of the company name but at that time the remarks showed is the transaction status as "form not taken into record"(because the NOC regarding some is not atteched).
At now i am filling the form again and filing with the required attachments .While resubmitting by giving the previous SRN ,it is saying that 'the given SRN is not for resubmission".By direct submitting it is saying that "the form is filed for this company".The SRN is not taken for form 67 also.What i need to do now?

I have joined industrial training on 17.09.2014 and till date I.e 24.11. 2014 I have not submitted form 104 to ICAI .

Can I still submit with the amount of requisite penalty along with letter of ccondonatio?
Who is going to sign the letter of condonation?
