Dear Expert,
Kindly resolve below query:
one employee joined in company in the FY 2008-09 and got PF number 13 then she left. then she re-joined in the FY 2012-13 and aloted pf number by mistake 23 instead of 13 now also she left.
when she claimed 2 accounts both are rejecting, kindly advice how to resolve her problem.
FYI- in the year 12-13 she don't have sur name in the FY 12-13 she updated her sur name in pf accounts.

Please check with the company whether PF has been remitted to PF authorities if not claim it with interest from the company.

remitted all the dues to pf authorities in her period of service

Contact PF authorities to check fund is available in both the accounts. If fund is avilable claim refund from PF office. Your claim cannot be rejected.
