24 November 2014 As a newly ITP, I come across the following questions with the facts. 1. In a HUF, the karta holds nearly 200 grams of gold and a house as his assets besides his business assets. 2. In the HUF, 5 adults with 4 minors including karta. 3. The karta wants to protect his assets for his life security being the aged one. 4. Question is protect the gold from the member up to his life and a dedicated plan to divided the gold among member. up on this any investment plan to invests the gold money with out loosing the title on gold? 5. My suggestion up on the home is to reverse mortgage to earn on the value of home, and after the period the members will divided the residual value on sale! 6. Dear friends, suggests any plan to invest and held the karta. 7. Thanks for who reply.
