Many times when I am solving problems I am able to solve all questions but at the end of the day big question mark , what I understood merely applying formula or going by steps I will get answer.so pls help me how to understand concept .after reading serval times if am not able understand what I can do

I have hire a inverter for 6 month. For this i have to pay monthly basis Rs 10800/- per month.I also made a Work order with the vendor for the same.My queries is when i will pay Rs 10800/- per month then can i deduct any TDS amount,what amount will be deducted & what is the category of this expenses in TDS.

Can we file FORM 20B 23AC ACA WITHOUT FILING INCOME TAX RETURN....

Respected Seniors & fellow Students,

Will I be able to file Form No. 109 on the exact 30th day from the date of getting NOC from my erstwhile Principal (i.e., If I have got NOC on 20th October, 2014 and I will file form 109 on 20th November, 2014)? It will not require any condonation letter or any fine?

If I require a condonation letter then who will have to issue this letter my erstwhile Principal or my present employer?

currently iam doing article ship and completed 1 year of training. But during the tight schedule i cant get leave for study..
even the firm is small but so may work is there( vat service tax tds vat registration etc..comon)
there is only 1 article( me) & 1 paid staff

Sir i want to know that if i wish to transfer wat is the procedure bcz iam more than 1 year of training
or

termination of articleship -after completing the inter and re join

AM JOHN FROM PUDUCHERRY,WE HAVE PURCHASED SOME ORNAMENTS FROM CHENNAI 2011-12.They had given us VAT bIll only and we had not claimed the same also, but now they want C Form agst that bills.Whether we can provide them C FORM OR NOT

Can i do a industrial training in a company which are not in the list of companies specified by ICAI. Company is a listed co.
if not then what the procedure to get a permission from ICAI.
