My Client in Dubai for the Ay 2013-14 for more than 180 days as per income tax act he is NRI, he is having the Fixed Deposits with some nationalized banks interest is generated from FD's, the FD's time will mature after 5 years.
My client (NRI)Status is upto 19.08.2014 + 6 months. His Fd's (NRE Ac) extended on 08.02.2015, no TDS deducted so far from 2013.

know IT dept. asked to file returns for 2013-2014,bank asked to submit form.15

Plz calrify this, if i submit Form.15, than no need ot file return for the AY 2013-14.

I have query is regarding the capital gain tax to be considered on Joint development date or the date of converted lands from agricultural lands to residential lands.

The date of JDI is 11/8/2003 & the conversation date is 11/11/2003 . So what is my capital gain tax for the year ?

Dear experts, I have seen that in the name of chartered accountants firm that it is & co. somewhere and it is associates somewhere. what is the crietaria to use such words with the name of the firm. Is there any difference in these two and if any then please specify the source or reference.

I want to take transfer ..i haven't completed my first year of articleship...bt my principal is said he will terminate my articleship and will not give me transfer..what can i do now?
