Am doing an audit of company in which 2000 employees are working,My sir asked me to "verify the correct ness of tds which has been deducted by the company from employee" so i request you all to kindly help in this regard ASAP

I am student of IPCC Stream. During my second year of articleship, I had to take termination from articleship owing to family problems. In my termination form, I have stated the reason for articleship as mutual consent. Now what should I do to complete my articleship. Please help me.

We received an advance payment of USD 1000 from one of our client located at USA. They asked us to supply material in two parts in two locations. $600 value of material to be supplied to South Africa and $ 400 value of material in India.
South Africa distribution is OK no issue.
But how we supply products in India against Foreign Currency payment receipt.
Is any regulatory issue? If the law allows, which currency we have to use for India transaction?
How we manage the BRC (Bank Realization Certificate) for the Domestic supply.

Actually i am applying for a DIN, which is rejected earlier because of miss match of name and address and now while uploading the DIR-3 for the same person its showing an error that the documents are potential duplicate and its not taking the form, how to get the DIN for the same person with same details.

SIR, FOR CHECKING A SMALL COMPANY BOTH CONDITION (SHARE CAPITAL ,TURNOVER)HAVE TO FULFILLL OR ONLY ONE CONDITION IS SUFFICENT

eXAMPLE IF SMALL COMPANY
1) SHARE CAPITAL IS RS. 60 LACS
2) TURNOVER IS AS PER LAST AUDITED B/S RS. 1.9 CRORES
THEN CASH FLOW REQUIRMENT IS THERE IN THIS CASE

If the DD number on the acknowledgement and the actual dd number differs than will my ITT training form be accepted???

What is the significance of the mere Partnership Deed - Is it also considered to be registered ? And what are it's other uses ?

and also tell me. suppose if i am paying RS. 10000 fixed salary to one of my client and RS. 1500 incentive. please tell me whether ESI will be contribute on 10000 or on 11500,
