Remittance to foreign bank & vice versa

13 April 2015 Sir / Madam,

I would like to know a basic details as to which all laws or guidelines I need to follow (in simple parlance) if I want to transfer and "X" amount from India to Foreign bank account and same from Foreign to India bank account.
Basically I need to know the regulations & regulators I will have to face.

13 April 2015 You have to follow FEMA and RBI guidelines.
The bankers will guide you what are all the forms to be filled and documents to be furnished.
