Hi
I am practicing since February 2013, an article assistant is currently taking training under me since January 2014 , now i am looking for merger with other established firm and want full time employee, so i want to terminate/transfer the article so please help me in this regard , can it is possible to terminate article directly or i have to take specific permission from institute

You may send Form 109 for terminating and under reasons, there is specific point which can be selcted by you.
Also, as a matter of compliance, you may write a letter stating the reasons addressing your regional council office.
