My cousin is a minor 15 year old . His grand father ( mother father)running a electrical company . He is age old and wanted to retire or transfer the business to his elder grand son on health reasons . ( my cousin)
My cousin father is a state govt employee and mother is a central govt employee .
Sir kindly guide me what are all the methods to transfer the business to my cousin considering all the above facts .
