I completed my articleship on16.10.2014..nd in between i hv done correspondence mcom previous but havnt submitted form 112 to institute.Although i droped mcom now not appearing for mcom final.so now is it necessary to fill form 112 fr the course i have dropped.
Its very urgent..plz need a suggestion...??

my article's completed at 12-03-2015 but in between during my articles period iam not done any other course,but I unfortunately in form 103 I written icwai so iam not submitted form 112 to institute after articles completion letter came but without submitting form112 so u pay fine 1000 rupees so pls help me in this situation

I am planning to start a HR services company kindly let me know the pros and cons legally and idea for better revenue.

We are a building maintenance company and maintain the common areas.One of the flat owner got his flat renovated under our supervision from a contractor.Now that the work is complete the company has issued us a cheque for the amount.Since we are a limited company ,can we accept the cheque and issue a cheque to the contractor from our company.what are the tax liabilities if we can do this

I will be completing my Articleship training in coming July 2015, however i have not yet taken the GMCS-2 which is to be done in last year of training as per rule.

My question is what if i opt GMCS after clearing my CA final examination, is there any extention of traning ? or other consequences.
