02 May 2015 I completed my articleship on16.10.2014..nd in between i hv done correspondence mcom previous but havnt submitted form 112 to institute.Although i droped mcom now not appearing for mcom final.so now is it necessary to fill form 112 fr the course i have dropped.
Its very urgent..plz need a suggestion...??

02 May 2015 had u joined it once na ??? u must fill it with late fees....So that in future there wont b any issues

02 May 2015 In my view since you have dropped M.Com and you will not have to show this qualification in future, there is no need to submit form 112. It is a closed chapter, no need to reopen it.

02 May 2015 @mr.Sanjay gupta .Sir are you sure that i dont need it. Actly i got selected in Deloitte mumbai but they said that they need form 112 for my mcom pre. How should i convince them that thr is no need of form 112 fr the course i dropped.

02 May 2015 Form no 112 Is permission to pursue any other course during articleship.. as u said u had done mcom.. so in mah view u must have taken permission that time...

so now if u hadnt took permission earlier u need to pay condonation fees with letter and form no 112 ...

02 May 2015 You also got the membership so do not reopen the chapter. I could not get why are you showing M.Com since you have dropped the M.Com.

As per rules you should have submitted but now that you have got your membership also and you have also dropped M.Com I dont feel any need of submitting form 112.
