We are a building maintenance company and maintain the common areas.One of the flat owner got his flat renovated under our supervision from a contractor.Now that the work is complete the company has issued us a cheque for the amount.Since we are a limited company ,can we accept the cheque and issue a cheque to the contractor from our company.what are the tax liabilities if we can do this

I will be completing my Articleship training in coming July 2015, however i have not yet taken the GMCS-2 which is to be done in last year of training as per rule.

My question is what if i opt GMCS after clearing my CA final examination, is there any extention of traning ? or other consequences.

Facts are : The Co. has closed its business and is in a cash crunch. It has "Adv for Property" (given to a builder) standing in books as on 31st March, but this property is still not registered in its name. Can this be used to settle its Creditors ?

I have completed all the trainings required for getting membership of icsi . Actually I was trainee in a company. Recently the company where I completed my training have changed there phone lines as well constructing new website, and email id registered in icsi is no longer works. My query is that how a company cqn change their email id registered on icsi. Even I made call on to icsi helpline but they provide me wrong email id which is not working. Second thing I want to know as I have applied for membership in icsi, will icsi communicate to my trainer company? If due to above mentioned problem they will not able to communicate , then is there any problem to get membership?
