“LEASE DETAILS: ONLY IF THE ESTABLISHMENT IS ON LEASE TO A LESSEE”.
Is it the Rent agreement for the office building between our company and the Landlord.

If your company is functioning in a rental building they will ask the copy of rental agreement.
