I would like to inform you that I am the absolute owner of the building bearing door no. XXII/127, Balubhai Complex, Convent square, Cochin-682035. I have
no objection in using the above said premises as the registered office of the company Viz., KBG CONSULTANTS PRIVATE LIMITED. I am also enclosing the latest
tax paid receipt of the said building to prove my ownership in the property.
