Can any one explain with example the calculation of dep for the fin year ending 31/03/2015 , treatment and how entries to be passed in books of accounts

what are the purchases effect on entry tax in Karnataka. somebody said if purchase with in the Karnataka also entry tax applicable and somebody said only if we purchase out of state means interstate purchases only effect to the entry tax, these are very controversy to the dealers.

i am running my proprietorship firm for 3 years and now i want to merge my firm with other CA firm for 2 years after that i will demerge my firm and continue with my old firm so i want to know that...

will my old firm be continue to practice with its olf FRN number ???

will my experience for this 2 years for which i have merged my firm for my personal proprietorshiip firm?


whether my current proprietorship firm's date of establishment will be from original date as on which my personal firm would have been created ??/

wheter merger is advisable ?/

As per RBI, if no operation or unclaimed for more than 10 years transfer to DEAF. My query- a. Operation means debit AND credit, b. Unclaimed means credit tooks place 2 yrs ago account and no debit transaction for more than 10 yrs
