what are the purchases effect on entry tax in Karnataka. somebody said if purchase with in the Karnataka also entry tax applicable and somebody said only if we purchase out of state means interstate purchases only effect to the entry tax, these are very controversy to the dealers.

i agree with your opinion but assessing authority or auditing authority of the entry tax have not accept those things, they are assessed by the entry tax on schedule goods purchased apart from the local area(local area means with in municipal limit) which purchases are liable to pay entry tax.like these formulas are followed by assessing authority in Karnataka, kindly clarify
