08 May 2015 i am running my proprietorship firm for 3 years and now i want to merge my firm with other CA firm for 2 years after that i will demerge my firm and continue with my old firm so i want to know that...

will my old firm be continue to practice with its olf FRN number ???

will my experience for this 2 years for which i have merged my firm for my personal proprietorshiip firm?

whether my current proprietorship firm's date of establishment will be from original date as on which my personal firm would have been created ??/

wheter merger is advisable ?/

give me link for rules or regulation

thanks in advance

08 May 2015 Subject to other monetary considerations which you might derive by merger for 2 years, such a merger is not advisable. Instead you can think of keeping both the entities live so that after 2 years (It is assumed you are sure of demerger after 2 years) your experience as the existing proprietory firm will be counted as 5 years...
