09 May 2015 Can a Foreign citizen being a trustee of an Indian trust transfer funds transferred to his individual foreign account to the trust account?
What are the regulations that are affected?
Are FEMA regulations to be satisfied?

Please Guide me.

09 May 2015 The Trust has to be registered with FCRA(Foreign contribution regulation Act) and follow it regulations to receive donations from foreign citizens.
