How to Form an LLP?

If there is a downfall trend, I would like to invest in the long term (say 2 years) to lock the rates. If there is not, I would like to invest for 1 year.

Please advise.

Many people are telling that IFRS syllabus is going to get included in the syllabus and costing and financial management are going to be divided into two subjects and tax is also getting divided into 2 subjects is it true ?If that is real then what about the people who have failed in the may 2015 and nov 2015 ?Wil they have to go through coaching again for all these subjects?

I & my friend are planning to start a new business. Only two persons. In Kolkata. The initial investment amount will be around one lakh. The business is regarding Mechanical outsourced jobs for design drawings, product analysis, training to students on software etc.

We are confused whether we should go for Pvt. Ltd via ROC or a partnership business.

Please help us by suggesting the right track.

I have a doubt on whether foriegn exchange fluctuation has to be accounted for in this following case:

The party in London has sent his bill in GBP on 30/4/2015. Invoice was received by us on 4/5/2015. We booked expense in INR on the date of receipt of invoice and payment was made on the same day, i.e, 4/5/2015 in INR.
In this situation will my have company have to book Exchange rate fluctuation as on 4/5/2015?
