14 May 2015 Foreign Inward Remittance Certificate. This is issued by the Bank against the exports from India as a proof of receipt of money against a export invoice.
Invoice/Packing List
Shipping Bill
AWB/Bill of Lading

14 May 2015 1.If all original documents submit to bank or photo copy of all documents.

2.If we are not submitted to bank any problems arises?

3.We are not submitted to bank for last one year if it is any issue?

14 May 2015 1. You have to submit the original documents of exports for getting FIRC from bank

2.After receipt of foreign remittance, you have to submit the documents for export to bankers with in 21 days of exports

3. incase non submission, you can ask time extension or delay. if not submitting it will be non compliance under FEMA
