About huf pan card

my friends's father want to apply for new pan as HUF though he has pan card as individual so what documents are required for it.please guide.

Yes he can obtain PAN of HUF even though he has his individual PAN. In the eye of Law both Individual and HUF are separate assessee.
For HUF, an affidavit made by the Karta of HUF stating name, father's name and address of all the coparceners on the date of application is required along with copy of proof of identity, proof of address & proof of date of birth of Karta.
