i am doing my sixth month of articleship and pursuing third year of bcom...when i started my articleship i dint file form 112 though i had regular college since my college principal denied signing ..hence also in form 103 i ticked as not doing any other courses....now i want to apply for form 112 since i changed my college in third year....icai is asking for condonation letter ......my ca may not sign since he was not aware of my mistake...please suggest me what to do now am blank
i have decided to terminate articleship and continue bcom and then start articlehip afresh from first month.....can i proceed doing this

I am holding a full time COP from last 1 year. Now i want to go to the industry.

1) Should I surrender my COP or Opt for Part time COP? plz tell me with reason.

2) What is the procedure for both the above options?

3) If the company that i am going to join wants me to surrender COP but i keep Part time COP, will there be any problem?

We have incorporated LLP in July, 2012. LLP has not files its annual forms (i.e. Form 8 LLP & Form 11 LLP) for the last 2 years.

LLP has not started any business activities till date.

Now Designated Partner want's striking off LLP.

So, can we make an application to ROC in Form 24 LLP for striking off name by without filing of Annual Form for last 2 years?
