11 June 2015 Dear Sir/ Madam,

I want to know that if any Pvt. co. Paid Over time to employee, than PF/ESIC deduction is mandantory or not for co.

11 June 2015 Overtime wages only attracts ESIC , not PF , PF is calculated only on Basic Wages and Dearness allowances paid if any..OT is not wages under EPF &MP Act,1952 ,so pf will not be deducted on OT
