hello sir, i have offer from a multinational co, in Account Receivables Dept, should i go for that?, what whoud be the future of such a job, i m CA final yr working man, do not want to work in Tax field.

I am incorporating a firm which will do domestic trading and export/import also. So my question is should the name of the company have import export in or will just traders or trade house is sufficient? Because I dont want my domestic buyers to get confused with the words "import export" in it.

A person namely Vinay who is a part time tutor of an Online Academic Paltform (OAP) giving his PAN no. for recieving the fees from OAP.
With passage of time, he is employed in Morgan Stanley as a salaried prson with package of Rs. 10 lakh. so with increased workload he outsources his work to his friend Ajay for providing online tution clases on behalf of vinay . Vinay hides such endorsement from OAP and OAP gives respective fees to Vinay only.
Vinay after recieving such amount after tds keeps with hmself 5 % as comission and remit the remaining balance to Ajay.
Vinay at the year end prepare his computation including the net amount recieved from Morgan Stanley After tds deducted plus amount from OAP (small amt as a part time tutor).
My QUES. is

(1) Find a way in which manner Vinay will Remit the amount recieved from OAP (OAP give fees to Vinay for his work done which is actualy being done by Ajay) to Ajay for his work done as he is not a legal tutor registered with OAP.

(2) whether tax @ 30% will be deducted from the whole income of Vinay(morgan stanley+OAP) including the one recieved from OAP or it will not be considered for computing tax as tds being deducted.

I completed My Ca in 2008 then I worked with two Ca firm for 6 months each and I worked in pvt ltd 3 year 9 months and now I am in practice from last two year five months .

Can I apply for FCA .

i am doing my sixth month of articleship and pursuing third year of bcom...when i started my articleship i dint file form 112 though i had regular college since my college principal denied signing ..hence also in form 103 i ticked as not doing any other courses....now i want to apply for form 112 since i changed my college in third year....icai is asking for condonation letter ......my ca may not sign since he was not aware of my mistake...please suggest me what to do now am blank
i have decided to terminate articleship and continue bcom and then start articlehip afresh from first month.....can i proceed doing this
