15 June 2015 sir i have issue c form to purchser but unfourunetly he lost c form copy . but i ahave counter copy. how i reissue c form please suggest me

15 June 2015 no sir but, this is this c form is issue at cdsc not a edsc . i agree with your answer but this is not e cform this cdsc c form how i get it

15 June 2015 loss of the original C Form,
the purchasing/selling dealer is required to furnish an indemnity bond in prescribed Form to the notified authority depending on whether Form C is lost in custody of the purchasing dealer or the selling dealer.

However on submission of the duplicate C Form and indemnity bond, the claim of a lower rate of tax is accepted
