I recently shifted here, and could bring only minimal books for my Nov 2015 attempt.

I would greatly appreciate a pointer as to any source of online/physical purhcase options for reference books in Oman/Middle East.

Please share if any have project report in excel format for finance of Banquet Hall.

Dear sir / mam, I'm in my 2nd year of articleship and now I want to take leave as I am suffering from a disease that requires me to take rest for 4 months. I want to know the difference as to if I take leave from my principal as normal leave or I take leave on medical grounds as prescribed by institute , a ground for termination . What difference it will make to my articleship and my exams. Which is more beneficial for me?? Please guide me about the same.

Dear Sir,
I have invested in Shares of Publice listed public company.I was living in Rajasthan at that time. after i have been transferd to Mumbai and I have applied for Pan No and Pan No was alloted me and my name shown as Shivkumardeviprasad.Shiv kumar is my name and devi prasad is my father name.

Now if I want to apply for demate account to convert my shares in electronic form,than no is ready to open my account in my name " Shiv Brokers is ready to open my account in my name " Shiv Kumar Gupta s/o Devi Prasad. As per SEBI guidelines Demat account will be open only as per PAN Card.
Please guide , what to do. However I have all other ID in my name as Shiv kumar Gupta (AAdhar card, pass port, DL ,Ration Card. Not only this I am filing income tax retrun also in Shiv Kumar Gupta also.

Please help me with a problem.

I recently qualified the CA Final Exams.
Now a CA. While filling up the Form 2 for CA Membership, I changed my signature. However my PAN Card, Adhaar Card & Passport bear the old signature.

Now what shall I do ?

Do I need to change my signature in PAN Card, Adhaar Card & Passport ?

Please help.

Please solve the problem.

I registered myself as an article assistant on 16-08-2012 and took transfer on 10-08-2013 and was required to complete my remaining period of articleship i.e 2Years 05 Days under another CA.
I registered under another CA on 17-08-2013 and so now my articleship is to be completed on 21-08-2015.
but my CA extended my articleship till 21-10-2015.
Now i want to know that which form should i file with icai and till what date.?
and if i have to file form 107 then what should i attach with it.?
