29 August 2015 Dear Sir,
We are Registered Partnership Firm. We are planning for running a Banking Operations such as Savings Account, Mortgage Loans, Gold Loans.So we wish to know what kind of Licenses we need to Obtain.Can we operate Savings Account services for our customers by taking Pawn Broker License or else what are norms or procedures to be followed.

29 August 2015 You need to apply for banking liscence to RBI to do the bankng business in India.
Pawn broker liscence is on different platform. It has nothing to do with savings account.
