27 August 2015 Sir one of my friend has became charterd accountant befor 6 months .he has served his articalship in a mid size firm he has exposure of all i.e income tax ,vat ,service tax,Audit.now he wants to do the job in a company.how much intial package he will get?
or he shall joined the carporates after 2-3 years of exposure

27 August 2015 Decided to join company, join immediately. Only company experience will count for working in companies.
Salary will depend on the size and nature of company. Opt for campus placement of CA Institute for better salary.
