I want to start a Chain of Schools. Down the line I will also approach for VC Funding for expansion. I am starting my first school to showcase my concept. I am not sure what would be the best looking at my long term objective and what would be the pros and cons in the short and long term.

Core objective is rapid expansion using VC Funding. I am concerned about the exit route to offer to the VCs.

Which one of the following should I use as a parent body -
1. Trust
2. Section 25 company
3. Private Ltd. Company

A company is paying rent amounting Rs.60000 on the behalf of employee which is taken on rent by employee herself, should the company deduct the tax or not?

We are planning for running a Banking Operations such as Savings Account, Mortgage Loans, Gold Loans.So we wish to know what kind of Licenses we need to Obtain.Can we operate Savings Account services for our customers by taking Pawn Broker License or else what are norms or procedures to be followed.

As per company act can we calculate depreciationy on total cost of asset or calculate after residual value?

For WDV depreciation method

total cost of asset-100000
Residual value=5000
should we calculate depreciation on 100000 ya 95000?

Sir one of my friend has became charterd accountant befor 6 months .he has served his articalship in a mid size firm he has exposure of all i.e income tax ,vat ,service tax,Audit.now he wants to do the job in a company.how much intial package he will get?
or he shall joined the carporates after 2-3 years of exposure
