Firstly, I want to know whether the site is 100% genuine and reliable

Secondly, I have registered for its free membership since 3 months and placed numerous bids till date, but never awarded a single bid even if my chances were 'HIGH' as shown on the site. Please guide me how to upgrade myself on the site and how to verify my payment (I possess a Debit Card and Online banking but not a Credit Card)?
