hello everyone.. I have query regarding the holidays allowable during articleship and procedure for registration with another CA. I left my office on 1-09-2015 and got my forms signed on 6-10-2015. I started with my articleship on 4-09-2015 with another CA but I didn't get myself registered till now. I want to know that which form I need to fill for registration and my articleship date will be 4-09-2015 or 6-10-2015?? And if the date is 6-10-2015, will those days I worked will be counted as holidays or gap? And also how many times we can send transfer and registration form? cuz I am looking for articleship in Delhi so I would hv to go for transfer again, so is it possible that I send the form again in a week? please help with me all this.

I m registered for CA final with effect from 16/9/2011 ... til when is it valid?

We have received advance from overseas customers for supply of goods and now we are not in a position to supply goods within one year.And we are not interested in refunding the above mentioned money. What are the consequences or penalty we will face if we supply goods after one year.

hello everyone I have a query regarding trademark, my father running a garment shop since 2000 in the name of chunmun garments, and now I have received a noticd from "chunmun store" that we have using their trademark, they want that we have to change our shop name otherwise they will send legal notice, we dont want to change our shop name, our consultants said you have to fill a case against them, is there any remedy to sort out from such problem

We have received technical sevices from Microsoft and it situated in US but it has PANCARD issued by indian income tax u/s 139A.

My problem is that,which tax is come in to picture it means TDS or withholding tax.

if our com. have pf registration & we paid pf of our employees but we have also sub contract work but they do not have pf registration.

sub contractor have not more than 20 employees so they are not liable for pf registration & not to paid any pf

in that case should we liable for any pf compliance towards sub contract employee

from where I know my ca validity period.i joined on last of 2013 plz hlp me
