Respected sir, I am having registration paper of my home..but my apartment is not registered under any co-operative hsng society.. or under any banner of apartment pvt. Ltd.
I want your valuable suggestions regarding g entire procedure for registration ... and the benefit of registering under cooperative or under apt. pvt.ltd..

Once the registration is done there will be no problem and you are the owner of that property.Individuals and contractors can also build apartments by getting approval from city corporations etc and sell them to persons willing to buy.It may or may not be through a housing co-operative society or a builder of apartments......mjk
