if our com. have pf registration & we paid pf of our employees but we have also sub contract work but they do not have pf registration.

sub contractor have not more than 20 employees so they are not liable for pf registration & not to paid any pf

in that case should we liable for any pf compliance towards sub contract employee

07 October 2015 we are main contractor & work done by our sub contractor

so, in that case sub contractor not have any pf registration

should we liable for pf compliance of sub contract employee

sub contractor didnt have any registration becouse the dont have 20 or mor employees so they dont get registration

should liable main contractor
