Total Invoice ammount is Rs.44906/-
1.Tripal Sketchup-29607/-(Include Vat And Service Tax)
2.Maintaince and Support Single user-9177(include Service Tax)
3.Autodesk Auto CAD LT 2016,Quarterly Desktop Subscription charges - 6122(Include VAt)

On that invoice value tds is applicable or not,
if applicable then suggest sec ,Deduction rate with notification
