Dear Sir,
We are maintaining a proprietorship firm in which we have contracted with man power supply (P) Ltd co. in which company provide us man power as sales man and we are paying salary to the contracted co.
Now, please tell us can i show the amount paid to the company as salary and there is any TDS applicable.
Please tell me.

You must show it under proper expense head rather than salary...
Yes tds will be deducted if you are liable to deduct tds
