Whether he can directly enter cs executive after graduation or start from foundation. What is the additional fees for filing LLP agreement after 30 days of incorporation

Dear Experts,
I have filed Form INC 1 on 12.01.2016 and there was resubmission required on 18.01.2016 i.e. not to use the prefix I have used and to furnish the fresh names and I resubmitted it the following day correcting the issues, but again there was resubmission required showing regarding the same issues (exactly same line and matter although I havenot used that prefix) given on 18.01.2016 so I resubmitted the form again thinking it was a software problem.
but today again it is showing resubmission required and exactly the same issues and line shown previously,
so what is to be done?
plz help
