What forms to fill in case of excess leave in ca articleship

My articleship was completed on 24Oct to . I submitted form 108 within 30 days. Now on January 24,2016 I got letter from institute that I have taken excess leave of 8 days. it is written on letter that the article has to re-register himself and also fill form 108 on completion.
Please tell me how do I re-register myself either by filing form 107 or 103.

form 107 if you served excess leave with same CA with who you have done articles.
form 103 if you served excess leave with any other CA .

But it is written on letter of icai that fill form 107 if it is continuous service. Otherwise form 103 if there is break in service.
And also written 107 is to be submitted within 60 days of commencement of articleship.
But morethan 90 days gone after completion date of 24 Oct so what will happen if I fill 107 now.

Yes,in that case go ahead with form 103 as icai suggested.
